Created by Scott Cawthon, Five Nights at Freddy’s is a popular horror game series that doesn’t fail to entertain their players. However, despite being a horrifying game that brings players on a crazy journey full of fear and nightmares, they’ve received a large amount of praise for their unique concept and compelling gameplay.

Following the unique concept, FNaF fans have taken the challenge of creating remakes of the game, such as FNaS: Maniac Mania. This version of the FNaF fan-made game is set in a restaurant called Sonic’s Fast Food Diner, a place where you will be playing as one of the following characters such as Sonic, Mario, Tails, etc.

Overview

When in the Sonic’s Fast Food Diner, you’ll get to see your favorite animatronic characters from all six games featured as you come face-to-face with them. But unfortunately for you, the animatronics are deadly and will mess with your head all night.

However, players can use additional help such as cameras and lights to help aid their survival. Remember that you have a limited amount of power and battery, so allocate them wisely!

Depending on your prior skills and capability of handling jumpscares, as you try out all the challenges in the game, you can even customize the settings and stimulation to make the game easier or harder.

How to play

Although FNaS: Maniac Mania doesn’t take on the horror aspect of the original FNaF game, it still uses the same concept and controls.

• On the main menu, there’s a tutorial box on the bottom right corner for players who need guidance.
• When playing games, try to accomplish missions and earn trophies for your achievements shelf.
• To check character information, click on “info” and scroll using the up or down key.
• Always remember to turn on your volume when using the security camera system as it’ll help you spot lurking characters.
